Ed Chia - Business Development & Partnership
Ed Chia is a paediatric physiotherapist turned entrepreneur, known for his people-first approach to business and his ability to build trust-driven partnerships across health, education, and service-based industries.
Ed began his career in paediatric physiotherapy, working within complex systems across schools and community settings. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for long-term relationships, clear communication, and the importance of doing things properly.
Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Ed founded ErgoGami, where he built and managed supplier, trade, and logistics networks while overseeing service delivery. His hands-on leadership and operational focus allowed him to drive efficiency, innovation, and strong customer outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
Alongside running his own business, Ed serves as Business Development Lead at Centrepoint Ventures, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and acquisition opportunities. His current focus includes expansion into the construction and facilities management sector and healthcare sectors, supporting Centrepoint’s long-term ownership and legacy-preservation strategy.

Pauline Teng - Advisory Partner
Pauline is an experienced business leader and operator with a proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing organisations. Her career has been defined by strong operational discipline, people-first leadership, and the ability to guide businesses through periods of growth and transition with clarity and confidence.
Throughout her career, Pauline has built, managed, and led teams of more than 150 people across multiple sites, including overseeing businesses through international expansion. Her depth of experience spans operational strategy, systems and process implementation, sales and marketing, human resources, and performance optimisation, ensuring organisations are structured for long-term, sustainable success.
As Director of Centrepoint Ventures, Pauline oversees strategic direction and operational performance across the group. She plays a critical role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, strengthening organisational foundations, and supporting leadership teams as businesses transition into their next phase of growth.
Pauline’s operational expertise is central to Centrepoint Ventures’ acquisition and growth strategy. Her ability to integrate teams, strengthen systems, and maintain operational continuity ensures that acquired businesses preserve their reputation for quality while unlocking new opportunities across construction, maintenance, and facilities management.
